• humidity control: all instruments are built at 40 - 45 per cent relative humidity at 22 - 24º Celsius

• tops: engelmann spruce or European spruce
• back/sides: - big leaf maple: curly or quilted
• neck: usually big leaf curly maple
• fret board: ebony

Colours are to customer's choice - the range is limitless. Some of the ones that I have worked with are traditional tobacco, malachite green, indigo blue, eggplant and Cremona plum. All mandolins are finished in spirit varnish.

Inlays: Comes with standard GB logo in mother-of-pearl. Custom designs are extra cost depending on complexity.
